It still retains notable original gloss, particularly on the base, with additional gloss present on the sides and faintly on the dorsum. The shell shows heavy callusing and is truly incredible to hold in your own hands.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"595\" data-end=\"910\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"\u003eThis is one of the scarcest and hardest to obtain species of \u003cem\u003eCypraeidae\u003c\/em\u003e known to collectors, up there with \u003cem\u003ealexhuberti\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003eamralli.\u003c\/em\u003e Once it's gone, it's gone, and it most likely will not be seen again on the market anytime soon.
